What apps does MONA integrate with?

MONA connects to Google Workspace, Outlook, QuickBooks, Xero, Dropbox, Todoist, Granola, Pinterest, SharpSpring, JobTread, Stripe, Plaid bank feeds, and Instagram, plus SketchUp, Revit, and Chrome.

Quick answer: MONA, the agentic operating system for interior design studios, connects to Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive), Microsoft Outlook, QuickBooks Online, Xero, Dropbox, Todoist, Granola, Pinterest, SharpSpring, JobTread, Stripe (MONA Payments), Plaid bank feeds, and Instagram. You connect all of them in one place: Settings, then Integrations. SketchUp, Revit, Chrome (the MONA Clipper), and Mac (automatic time tracking) connect through their own MONA apps.

Once an app is connected, the MONA agent can use it when you ask in chat. "What did the Hudsons email about the sofa?", "Push this invoice to Xero", "Import the architect’s PDF from Dropbox" all work from the same chat.

How do I connect an app to MONA?

  1. Open Integrations. Click your profile photo in the top right, choose Team Settings, then Integrations. Or go to monaverse.com/settings/integrations.
  2. Find the app’s card. Each card lists what MONA can do once it is connected.
  3. Click Connect on the card (for example Connect Google Workspace or Connect Dropbox) and sign in to that app. SharpSpring and JobTread use an API key you paste instead of a sign-in.
  4. Check it is connected. You land back on Integrations. The card shows your account and a Disconnect button. If an app ever expires the connection, the card shows expired with a Reconnect button.

Email, calendar, and files

Google Workspace. Connect Gmail, Calendar, and Drive with one sign-in. MONA reads and searches your email and drafts replies for you to send (it never sends), lists and creates calendar events, searches and reads your Drive files, and creates real Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides in your Drive. You choose whether each inbox is shared with the studio. See How do I connect my Google account to MONA?

Microsoft Outlook. Connect Outlook or Microsoft 365, including shared mailboxes like info@ through your own sign-in. MONA reads and searches mail, drafts replies (never sends), and shows your Outlook calendar on Home and Meetings, read-only. See How do I connect Microsoft Outlook to MONA?

Dropbox. Import Dropbox files into your Library or a project’s Files tab, up to 50 at a time, and let the agent search your Dropbox. Saving back to Dropbox is coming soon. See How do I import files from Dropbox into MONA?

Money and accounting

These cards are visible only to studio owners, admins, and the Accountant role.

QuickBooks Online. Ask what a client has paid or still owes, pull invoice and billing history, see hours per person, draft client invoices from a project, and send approved invoices through QuickBooks. MONA never changes your books and never sends an invoice you have not approved. See How does MONA Finance work with QuickBooks?

Xero. Invoices you send from MONA land in Xero as approved sales invoices, matched to the client’s Xero contact. Edits and voids follow, and a payment recorded in Xero marks the MONA invoice paid. See How do I connect Xero to MONA?

MONA Payments (Stripe). Connect Stripe once to collect invoice payments by card or bank transfer (ACH). Every emailed invoice carries a Pay invoice link, and invoices mark themselves paid when the payment lands. Getting paid through MONA starts on Pro or Studio. See How do clients pay me online through MONA, and when does the money land?

Bank feed (Plaid). Click Connect a bank to bring card and bank transactions into your Books inbox automatically, matched to a project and an account, ready to confirm. A purchase you confirm as billable drafts onto the client invoice at your markup. For banks the feed cannot reach, see How do I import bank statements into MONA?

Projects, clients, and leads

JobTread. For design-build studios: items your client approves in MONA land on the linked JobTread job budget as cost items, with cost and client price. Connecting is open to every plan; sending is included on Studio and higher. See How do I connect JobTread to MONA?

SharpSpring (Constant Contact Lead Gen & CRM). New leads, from one list or all of them, land in your MONA CRM as contacts every 15 minutes, without duplicates. See How do I connect SharpSpring (Constant Contact Lead Gen & CRM) to MONA?

Pinterest. Link your Pinterest boards to a project and save any pin to the Library or the FF&E schedule. Or import any public board by link with no login, as a client concept board. Pinterest only lets MONA read business accounts. See How do I import Pinterest boards into MONA?

Meetings, tasks, and social

Granola. Calls you capture in Granola are imported into MONA Meetings every 30 minutes with a note and action items. Needs a paid Granola plan. See How do I connect Granola to MONA?

Todoist. Ask "what’s on my plate today?" and MONA reads your Todoist. Add tasks with natural-language due dates, complete them, or reschedule them from chat. See How do I connect Todoist to MONA?

Instagram. One Connect Instagram handshake lets MONA publish your posts and run comment-to-DM auto-replies. You can connect more than one handle.

Frequently asked questions

What apps does MONA integrate with?

Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive), Microsoft Outlook, QuickBooks Online, Xero, Dropbox, Todoist, Granola, Pinterest, SharpSpring, JobTread, Stripe through MONA Payments, Plaid bank feeds, and Instagram, all from Settings, then Integrations. SketchUp, Revit, Chrome, and Mac connect through their own MONA apps.

Where do I connect integrations in MONA?

Click your profile photo in the top right, choose Team Settings, then Integrations. Or go to monaverse.com/settings/integrations. Every connectable app has a card there.

Are integrations included on the Free plan?

Yes, nearly all of them. Every app on the page can be connected on any plan, with two exceptions: getting paid through MONA Payments starts on Pro or Studio, and sending selections to JobTread is included on Studio and higher.

Why can’t I see QuickBooks, Xero, MONA Payments, or the bank feed?

Those cards are the studio’s money, so only owners, admins, and the Accountant role see them. Ask your studio owner to connect them or to change your role.

Does MONA send email or post on my behalf?

MONA never sends email from Gmail or Outlook; it only creates drafts for you to send. It does not post pins to Pinterest.

Are my connected accounts private?

Personal connections (email, Dropbox, Todoist, Granola, Pinterest) belong to the person who connected them. For email you choose whether the inbox is shared with the studio. Access tokens are encrypted and never leave MONA’s servers.

Does MONA integrate with Slack, Canva, or Shopify?

Not on the Integrations page today. MONA has its own team chat for studio conversations. If you need a specific app, book a setup call and tell us which one.

How do I disconnect an app?

Go to Settings, then Integrations, and click Disconnect on the app’s card. Data already in MONA stays; MONA just stops reading from or writing to that app.
