What’s new in MONA

Tasks work like a real project board now, and you can assign them to MONA. Tasks have subtasks, followers, comments, an Inbox, and My Tasks sections, with editable boards and a project Timeline you can switch between Day, Week, and Month. Attach files and links while you write a task, filter by vendor, and pick MONA as the assignee. MONA does the work, replies on the task, and asks you a question if it gets stuck.

Canvas boards are here for mood and inspiration. Drop images onto a board, pin comments right on a picture, mark images up, and add captions. Import from Pinterest, share a board, and tag @MONA in a comment to get a reply in the thread. The clipper saves pictures straight to a board with their source attached.

Your team can talk inside MONA. Direct messages, emoji reactions, a rich-text composer, project chat tabs with attachments, a pinned meeting room, and pinned messages and files. Team notes with @mentions inside a MONA chat are never sent to MONA, so you can talk it through first.

Scan a room and get an editable CAD plan. Room scans land as a plan you can edit, with ceilings, soffits, and beams picked up from the scan, plus a reflected ceiling plan. Scan plans are open to everyone.

Proposals are easier to build and easier to get signed. Pick schedule lines, whole rooms, or the entire project onto a proposal. Clients sign through Contracts e-signature by default, you can mark a proposal sent or approve it on a client's behalf, and a Draft converts into an invoice with a full or deposit percentage.

Your product library grew up. Vendors can have brand catalogs you add to your library in one click, you can upload your own 3D model onto a product, and IKEA products arrive with IKEA's own 3D model. Schedules flag the fields a line still lacks, like item code, maker, dimensions, and care, and any line can become its own variant.

A few smaller things. Every project has a Communications tab with every email and message on the job. Ask MONA about this works on every kind of object. Settings has a Rules page so MONA checks your studio's rules when it acts. MONA suggests the next thing to type as you write. You can delete your account inside the app, and push notifications now reach desktop and iOS.

Fixes

• Timeline Week and Month views fill the chart with no clipped labels, and done tasks are hidden by default.
• The client view of a document hides link addresses and bare domains on every surface.
• Maintenance reminders can be drafted from a Member seat, with a first-name greeting and a time of day.
• The Bank inbox explains itself, and meetings imported from Otter get real dates.
• Save as PDF on a schedule downloads and files on the project, and archived room options leave the Room filter.
• Applied kits keep their photos.
• A recessed window bay in a room scan is read as a window, not a door, and scans square to the grid.
• Hey Mona no longer talks over herself and answers both people in a conversation.
• IKEA fractions like 26 3/4 parse correctly, and IKEA armchairs are furniture.
• Team emails render markdown tables and lists.
• Reply drafts and scheduled-run notifications are quieter: scheduled runs nobody has talked in no longer auto-open.

Ask MONA without leaving the board. In any comment on a Canvas, type @ and MONA is the first name in the list. Ask it something about the card the comment sits on, like "@MONA describe this image" or "@MONA make three variations of this", and MONA reads the card (the picture, the note, what's around it) and answers right in the comment thread.

Notes work too. Write @MONA in a note and an Ask MONA button appears on it. MONA opens a comment thread beside the note and replies there.

Every answer has its own chat. MONA's reply in the thread has an Open chat link, so you can pick up the conversation in full whenever you want. Follow-up questions in the same thread continue that chat.

Results land next to the card. If MONA renders an image or writes a document or deck for you, it's placed on the Canvas right beside the card you asked about. Your own edits keep saving while MONA works.

Asking MONA on a Canvas uses credits the same way chat does.

Ask MONA about a spot on a picture. Drop a pinned comment on an image on your Canvas and type @MONA (pick it from the list, or just type it). MONA looks at the image, knows where you pinned, and answers in the pin's thread with an Open chat link. Renders it makes land beside the image.

Typing @MONA always works. In comments, pins and notes you no longer need to pick MONA from the list; typing @mona is enough.

If MONA can't start, you'll see why. Out of credits, still busy with your last ask, or too many asks in a minute now shows right in the thread with a Try again button.

Pin a comment to a spot. Select a picture on a canvas and choose the comment pin. Click the spot you mean and a numbered marker lands there. Click a marker to open its thread, reply, @-mention a teammate (they get the same notification as a comment card) or mark it resolved.

Draw on a picture. Choose markup to circle, point, highlight or sketch over an image in red, yellow, blue or black. Markup sits on top of the picture and never changes the file in your Library. Hide it with one click, and undo works on every mark.

A caption under every image. Hover any picture to add a short line of text under it.

Bring in Pinterest. Upload now has "From Pinterest": paste a pin link or a public board link. MONA saves the pictures to your Library (up to 50 from a board), lays them out on the canvas and keeps a link back to each pin under the picture. You do not need to connect a Pinterest account.

Anyone on the studio can tidy up. Any member can now delete a studio canvas or a teammate's image in the Library, the same way they can archive a project. A private canvas can still only be deleted by the person who made it. Owners can limit either one in Settings, Team, Roles.

Ask MONA can do it too. MONA can read pinned comments and markup on a canvas, pin a comment on a picture, edit captions, add markup and import a Pinterest pin or board for you.

Save to Canvas from the Clipper. In the MONA Clipper, pick Canvas under "Save to", choose the canvas (your most recent ones are first) and, if you like, a board inside it. Hit save and the picture lands on that board, next to the last thing you added. It works on Instagram posts, Pinterest pins, product pages and any page with a picture on it.

Never lose who designed it. Every clipped picture keeps where it came from. A line under the image reads like "@studiomcgee · instagram.com", and clicking it opens the original post in a new tab. Product clips can still go to your Library as a product at the same time.

Ask MONA works on it too. MONA can put pictures on a canvas with their source, and reads the source back when you ask "who posted this one?". Saving to Canvas needs Clipper 0.18.0, rolling out through the Chrome Web Store over the next few days.

Drop a file, get the next step. When you drop a floor plan, a product photo or an inspiration image into Ask MONA, MONA reads it and offers up to three next steps right above the message box, like "Turn this floor plan into a 3D model", "Photoreal render of this plan" or "Add this product to my FF&E schedule". Tap one instead of typing it out.

Start typing, get a better prompt. Begin a request and pause, and MONA offers two or three finished versions of it with the details that get a better result: the room, the style, the materials, the light. Pick the one closest to what you meant and edit from there.

You still press send. Tapping a suggestion only fills in your message, so you can change it before anything runs. Suggestions work in chat and in the Ask MONA dock, on every plan.

Proposals got a profit column and a full-screen editor. Build a proposal in a dedicated full-screen view with pickers straight into your catalog, and watch your margin update live as you add lines. Lock a price so it can't drift after a client approves it, hide specific lines from the client view, set construction order, and save a line group as a reusable template instead of rebuilding it every project. An approved proposal converts straight into a draft invoice.

Timesheets are a real approval workflow now, not just a log. Designers submit their hours, owners review them in a queue before anything bills, and client billing rates are set per project. Running timers show up live across the team, and bulk-marking entries billable takes one action instead of one click per row.

Your studio can finally have its own roles. Settings › Team now lets owners create custom roles with their own permission sets, instead of everyone being locked into Owner, Admin, or Member. Set up a role once and assign it to whoever needs exactly that access.

Drop in a listing link and the home comes with it. Import a property's photos, floor plans, and listed facts straight into a project from its listing URL, no re-uploading or re-typing the basics by hand.

Vendors in your schedule are real companies now, with real people attached. The vendor picker pulls from your actual company list, not a text field, and you can attach service photos, project contacts, and contractor license info right where you're already working.

A few smaller things. Schedules default to a compact table view, with voided lines and invoices hidden out of your totals unless you ask for them. The estimates tab can open a contractor's bid file right inside MONA and pull quotes in straight from Jobber or Billdu. Slide images crop in place and can be brought to front or sent to back without leaving the deck. And new signups now land in a chat where MONA interviews them first, instead of a signup form.

Fixes

• Invoices show a client-safe preview with a Studio view toggle, and it's the same copy across Billing, the invoice email, and the agent.
• Contract e-signature emails deliver reliably now, with per-signer delivery status and an honest resend.
• Studio admins can Delete and Rename teammates' files, and deleting a file actually removes it from a project's Files tab, not just the Library.
• QuickBooks pushes a bill with the right customer, number, due date, and Product/Service line, and the connection is shared studio-wide.
• Meetings auto-file to the right project, join client-organized calls, and show "Date unknown" instead of guessing.
• A refused 3D clip fills in whatever it can instead of leaving fields blank.
• Referral offer cards fall back to recorded terms if Stripe can't read the coupon.
• Contact-form and booking notifications reply to the actual guest.
• Payments settle onto the right invoice from draft or void, and payment emails name the job.
• Studio members see their own studio's rules as read-only, with the reason why.
• Homeowners can open the CAD plans their MONA agent links to.
• SketchUp skips re-syncing a model that hasn't changed, and large CAD previews load faster.
• Vendor, room, and dimension fields on a schedule line fall back sensibly instead of showing blank.
• A failed agent chat message no longer shows as delivered, then failed.

Log an expense with its receipt. On the Time page, New entry now has a Time / Expense switch. Pick Expense, enter what you bought and the amount, and click Attach receipt to add a photo or PDF. On a phone the picker opens the camera, and the MONA app's Time screen has a Log expense button for when you are standing at the register.

The receipt stays on the expense. A paperclip on the row shows how many files are attached. Click it to open them, add another, or remove one. Owners and admins see the same paperclip in the Review tab, so the receipt is one click from the Approve button.

Ask MONA. Drop a photo of the receipt in chat and say "put this on my Home Depot expense for Henderson." MONA can attach, list, and remove receipts on any entry you are allowed to edit.

Export as a PDF. Every Export button on the Time page (the header, the Review tab, and Summary) now offers PDF and CSV (spreadsheet). The PDF is grouped by person, with start and stop times, hours, billable, status, rate, and amount on every row, a subtotal for each person, and a grand total. It follows the filters you set, and it opens anywhere, so nobody on the team needs Excel or Numbers. Team members still only get their own entries.

Billable is opt-in. On the Time page, New entry and Start timer now start with Billable unticked; tick it when the time is for a client. Owners and admins can also switch off New entries are billable by default in Settings, then Time, so the time MONA logs for you in chat and the hours it suggests start non-billable as well. That is what a studio wants when the team logs time to bill the studio rather than clients. Nothing already logged changes.

Ask MONA. "Send me a PDF of Jordan's hours for September" or "make new time entries non-billable by default" both work in chat.

Big SketchUp models now sync. A model whose GLB came out over 100 MB used to fail with File is too large (max 100MB) because the file travelled through the API. With extension 0.4.0, any model file (GLB, DAE, DWG) or Layout PDF over 24 MB uploads straight to MONA's storage instead, and the limit per file is now 1 GB. The status window says straight to storage next to each file that takes the new path, and everything else about the sync is unchanged: one model row per sync, retries, and your Library titles.

Download mona-sketchup-0.4.0.rbz and install it over the old version from Extensions, then Extension Manager; your sign-in and project links are kept. Install steps are in the SketchUp help article.

Swap the picture, not the layout. On a color story board, a pill-shaped swatch or a cropped photo is a frame you already placed and sized. Now you can put a different picture in it without starting over: select the image and click Replace on the toolbar, pick a file, and the new photo lands in the same spot at the same size, with the same corners, fit and flip. One Undo puts the old one back.

Or just drop it on. Drag a photo from your desktop, or a tile from the Uploads panel, onto any picture on the slide. The frame lights up while you hover, and dropping replaces the picture in place. Dropping on an empty part of the slide still adds a new image where it landed.

Review before you bill. Owners and admins can now switch on Team time entries need approval in Settings, then Time. Entries your team logs land as Submitted and wait in a new Review tab on the Time page. Filter by person, project, date range, and status, tick what looks right, and approve it in one click. Only approved time can go on an invoice. Your own entries are approved automatically.

Send it back with a note. Reject an entry and say what to fix. The person who logged it sees your note on their Time page and on their phone, edits the entry, and resubmits it.

Export any date range. Export CSV now follows the filters you set instead of the week on screen, with the status, who reviewed it, when, and the note on every row. Each teammate also gets a Summary of their own hours and amount by project for any range, with their own CSV for billing. Ask MONA in chat to do any of it: "approve this week's time for the Kaufman project."

Your inventory sheet can come in all at once. In Inventory, click Import, then upload a .csv or .xlsx or pick one of your MONA databases. Every column is listed with sample values and a suggested destination, so you check where each one goes, choose whether the rows are stock, samples or staging, and click Import. Up to 5,000 rows land in one go, duplicates can be skipped by title, SKU or one of your own fields, and photo links download into each item's gallery in the background while you keep working.

Inventory now has your columns, not just ours. Click Fields to add the columns your sheet tracks that Inventory didn't: text, pick lists, dates, numbers, checkboxes and links. They show on every item, you can turn any of them into a table column, and search covers them too. If you track material samples, one click adds the 13 fields a sample library needs, from Still sold and Last checked to Returnable and Client / project.

A cost can be Free. Next to Unit cost there's now a Cost choice: Amount, Free, or Paid, amount not stated. A free memo sample no longer looks unpriced, and an import reads "Free" and "Paid, amount not stated" straight out of a cost column.

Your decks can live in the client portal. Design services agreements, fee proposals and budget estimates you build in Slides now have their own Presentations section in the project's client portal, so your client sees everything on one page and opens each deck at full quality, with no PDF to export and no file size to worry about. On the project's Client tab, click Add presentations and pick the decks, or open a deck, click Share and turn on Show in client portal. MONA turns on the deck's share link if needed and switches the section on. You can also ask MONA in chat to add or remove a deck.

Client documents up to 100 MB. Files you upload to the portal's Documents section now go straight to secure storage, so the limit is 100 MB instead of 25 MB, with a progress count while they upload.

Bigger contract PDFs. Contracts accept PDFs up to 100 MB. Anything over 15 MB is compressed when you send it: photos are resized while the text, pages and page sizes stay the same, so every signature field lands where you placed it. If a file still can't fit, MONA tells you and suggests sharing the deck through the portal instead.

Your Revit model now lives on the MONA project. Install the new MONA add-in for Revit 2024, 2025 or 2026 on Windows, sign in with your email and a 6-digit code, choose the project, and every save syncs the model: the 3D model, your 3D views and plans as images, your sheets as one PDF, your rooms, and every piece of furniture and fixture with its Manufacturer, Model and Cost. The project Overview shows it on a 3D source: Revit card, and the MONA agent can answer questions straight from the model.

Render inside Revit. Click Render view on the new MONA tab and the view you are looking at becomes a photorealistic render, shown in the dialog and placed on a new drafting view in the model, with Open in MONA and Save image.

Tell MONA what to change. With Revit open, say "move the sofa 24 inches left", "set the Manufacturer of the pendant to Visual Comfort", "draw a 12-foot wall on Level 1" or "start a new Revit model called Smith Residence" from any MONA chat, on your laptop, your phone or by voice, and the model changes a few seconds later. MONA replies with what it did and a screenshot, each change is one Undo, and Allow MONA to control this model on the MONA tab turns it off. The add-in is in beta: Revit asks about an Unsigned Add-In the first time, choose Always Load. Install steps are in the Revit help article.

You can now change your SketchUp model by telling MONA what to change. With the new 0.3.0 extension installed and SketchUp open, say "swap the island pendants for the Visual Comfort chandelier in my Library" or "hide the Furniture tag and save this view as a scene" from any MONA chat, on your laptop, your phone, or by voice, and the model changes a few seconds later. MONA replies with what it did and a screenshot of the result, so you can check it mid-meeting and ask for a render of it straight from the chat.

Every change is one Undo. MONA places, moves, replaces and deletes components, changes materials, toggles tags, sets the camera, saves scenes, and triggers a sync, and each of those is a single step in SketchUp's undo history. If a name matches more than one thing, MONA asks which one you meant instead of guessing. It never runs code in SketchUp, only that fixed list of actions.

The project card shows what's happening. The 3D source: SketchUp card on the project now says whether SketchUp is connected (and on which machine), has a Tell MONA what to change button that opens a chat already set to the project, and lists recent changes with who asked, the status, and the screenshot. Ask while SketchUp is closed and the change waits up to 10 minutes for the model to open.

You stay in control. Turn off Extensions, then MONA, then Allow MONA to control this model, and nothing changes until you turn it back on. Download 0.3.0 from the SketchUp help article and install it over your current version; your sign-in and project links carry over.

MONA now has a memory of your whole studio. Hit Cmd+K from anywhere and search across every project, client, email, and file you've connected, not just what's in MONA. The agent reads everything you upload as text and keeps a running set of notes per studio and per project, so it gets sharper about how you work the longer you use it.

Books can now run your back office, not just track it. Enter vendor bills, see your A/P aging, log vendor deposits, and choose cash or accrual basis on every report. Bank statement import (CSV, OFX, QFX, or PDF) lets you reconcile a statement against your ledger in a few clicks, and Books now tracks sales tax collected and preps your 1099s at year end.

CAD went from drafting to rendering in one click. Hit the sparkle button on any 3D view and MONA turns it into a full Studio render, no re-import needed. Finishes are applied instead of remodeled, so painting a wall or flooring a room is instant. Staircases (straight, L, U, winder, spiral, curved) and every common door type now draw cleanly, and products you've saved drop straight into the 3D view at true scale.

Presentations picked up two requests we hear constantly. Import a PowerPoint deck and keep editing it in MONA, and multi-client studios get separated decks and CAD palettes per client instead of one shared pool.

Referrals now pay in cash. Refer a studio that signs up and you get a $200 cash reward, not a credit toward your own bill.

MONA Activity is live on the Mac. Grab the signed, notarized download and get automatic time tracking with real evidence: which device, which files, site visits inferred from your day, all feeding your time entries instead of you typing them in after the fact.

A few smaller things. Schedules got a proper search box, a Maker column, sections you can create and reorder, and kits you can save and drop into a new project. Invoices now show you a preview before they go out, and every seat can generate its own payment link. Teams can set per-seat money permissions instead of an all-or-nothing admin toggle. If you're on SketchUp, the new 0.2.0 extension renders inside SketchUp itself. And if you're moving off Houzz Pro, QuickBooks, or Studio Designer, there's a real migration guide for each.

Fixes

• Scheduled agent runs recover cleanly when a render's status gets lost mid-generation, instead of leaving it stuck.
• Auto-photorealize from CAD shows a rendering state right away instead of looking frozen.
• Project cover photos no longer render washed-out white, and a project with no chosen cover falls back to its client portal header image.
• Placing a product from the 3D view works again: a floor click places it, R rotates it, Esc cancels.
• Rejected schedule lines stay visible on the schedule but drop out of every total.
• Markup images can no longer render squashed, and composite exports are capped and always export as JPEG.
• A blank "Something went wrong" page on schedules is fixed.
• Room name edits on CAD plans actually persist instead of getting dropped on re-render.
• Tax rates hold three decimal places, so 8.625% stays 8.625% instead of rounding.
• Invoices render your studio's own designed template instead of MONA's plain sheet.
• An SMS number that had just cut over to Conversations was running every inbound text twice.
• Voiding or deleting a dead proposal now actually works.
• Product photos in AVIF or HEIC now get re-encoded to JPEG before the 3D pipeline touches them.

MONA learns how your studio works, on its own. The first time your team opens a chat, MONA asks a few short questions about how you like to work, then writes it down as your studio's own operating rules. Invited members answer for themselves. From then on it follows the rules automatically, no settings page to fill out.

Export any CAD plan as a real DWG or DXF file. If MONA drew or edited your floorplan, export it as an editable DWG or DXF and open it in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or whatever your studio already uses. DWG and DXF files also upload straight into chat and the Library, and doors on a CAD plan now carry a type: swing, double, sliding, pocket, bifold, garage, or open frame.

Pull a live SketchUp model straight into a project. Sync a SketchUp file in as a project's 3D source instead of re-uploading exports every time you make a change.

Clients can approve or comment right on your own site. If you use a custom designer site through MONA, clients can review, approve, decline, and comment on individual product cards directly on your branded page, no separate portal link to send.

Invoices got a full set of controls. Mark an invoice paid by hand when a client pays by Zelle, check, or cash, and MONA sends the receipt automatically. Preview an invoice, download it as a PDF, set a due date, add payment instructions, and void one when you need to. Invoices and purchase orders now generate on their own the moment a client approves and pays.

Projects match how your studio organizes work. Set your own project statuses instead of a fixed list, assign teammates to specific projects so people see what is theirs by default, filter to My projects, and show or hide archived projects in every picker.

Schedules got an organize bar. Trade categories and spec fields on every line, group by trade, per-trade export, saved views, a Shipping column with a freight tile on the Financial view, bulk status changes, and line archiving. Client approvals can be grouped by room or trade.

Live-data tables stay in sync. A tool built from an imported spreadsheet now reads its current rows every time, and the data lives in a database you can open.

Connect a shared Outlook mailbox. Studios on Microsoft 365 can connect a shared mailbox through a member's sign-in, and any connected inbox has a toggle for whether the assistant may draft replies in it.

A few smaller things. Pin your most-used chats to the top of the list. Chat rows show chips for owner, channel, and project, with an agent-run filter. Consecutive tool steps fold into one collapsible row. Ask the agent to start a new chat and it switches in place. Time entries can be edited and deleted by whoever logged them. Contacts can be archived or deleted. Products have an editable URL and a multi-image gallery. Saved tools are private by default and can be shared with named teammates. The Credits page breaks usage down by chat and scheduled task. Starter agent packs install from the Agents gallery. The Templates tab shows every saved template, contracts included. And the left sidebar is resizable, so long project names stop getting cut off.

• A teammate's expired mailbox connection no longer masks the live shared one.

• The agent confirms before creating a project or client, checked against what you actually said.
• The agent always replies from the number you texted.
• Google Sheets reads keep smart-chip values, let you choose the tab, and page long sheets.
• The agent can edit and delete estimates, and money tools see the whole studio's projects.
• Teammates can open a project's client portal.
• Plan changes and the billing portal are owner-only.
• The agent no longer narrates its own tool internals to you.

MONA can join your calls. Connect it to a Zoom, Google Meet, or Teams call and it shows up, takes notes, and hands you a summary when the call ends, same as the Notetaker but without you having to remember to start it. Say "hey Mona" during the call and it answers out loud, so you can ask it to pull up a number or check a client's history without touching your keyboard.

Text or call MONA directly. Every studio gets its own MONA phone number. Text it a question about a project and the agent replies with full context on your clients and schedules, no login required. Call it and talk to the same agent out loud. It is the fastest way to check something from a job site. Photos come back as MMS.

Contracts you can reuse. Save a contract template once, with every signer's fields already placed, and send it out again for the next deal in one click.

Get paid without sending an invoice. Ask MONA for a payment link for any amount and send it straight to a client. No invoice, no line items, just a link that collects the money.

MONA can draw a CAD plan, not just read one. Upload a floorplan and the agent used to just convert it. Now it can draw and edit the plan itself, so you can ask for a wall moved or a room added and see the change on the actual CAD drawing.

Build your own database inside MONA. Set up a Notion-style database for anything your studio tracks, with unlimited columns and a spreadsheet import to get it populated fast. The agent can read and write to it live, and databases render on the public share page and on mobile as cards.

Tasks and tables got sharper. Tasks sort by urgency everywhere, the Tasks screen is sortable, and the sidebar shows counts. Tables have a sticky header, a frozen first column, and reachable horizontal scroll. Project headers show every client and the job-site address, and an archived-projects toggle keeps old work out of the way.

A few smaller things. Slides exports straight to PDF. A new Markup Mode lets you draw on any screen in MONA and send the sketch straight to the agent. Share links come in view, comment, and edit tiers with an expiry date. You can save any render, document, or moodboard as a reusable template and reapply it in one click. MONA learns your timezone and schedules in it automatically. The Meetings agenda works across Google and Outlook calendars. Carrier tracking pulls from the carriers' feeds so order status stays current.

Fixes

• A chat poisoned by a bad image no longer dies for good, and a re-dispatched tool can no longer crash-loop a conversation.
• The agent's Library listing is team-scoped, like the Library itself.
• Library search covers Documents, Floorplans, and Presentations too.
• A Blank proposal actually creates a proposal, and an empty approved pull explains why.
• The agent no longer skips client approval on a schedule line.
• Big spreadsheet imports into a Database save again.
• Vendor product imports land even when an image fails, with a plain-words error on the card.
• The Pipeline view no longer hides vendors, and pickers are searchable and alphabetical.
• The task date picker no longer commits on month navigation, and completed tasks show where they should.

Contracts now handle the whole signing process. Upload any PDF, add one or more signers, and place signature, initial, date, and text fields right on the document. Your client signs from a simple link with no account needed, everyone gets the executed copy automatically, and MONA sends reminders until every signature is in. If a client wants changes, they can redline specific clauses and you can revise and resend without breaking their signing link.

Voice Mode is open to everyone. Talk to your agent instead of typing, on any plan. It replies while you are still talking so the conversation stays natural, and you can jump in from the composer on any chat page.

Slides is a real presentation and moodboard tool. Build a client presentation or a moodboard with a Canva-style editor, right inside MONA. Pick from five moodboard templates, ask the agent to fill in or adjust a slide while you work, and share the deck with a rotating link that never breaks.

Your CRM finally knows your clients. Contacts split cleanly into a sales Pipeline and a client Directory, each with board and table views. Vendor records carry freight terms, coupon codes, and trade type. Client records can hold property access notes and gate codes. MONA surfaces upcoming client birthdays and anniversaries so you never miss one.

Home opens with what actually needs you today. The Today band shows your schedule for the day and any client email still waiting on a reply, with attachments visible right there. Click through and it opens the real message in your own Gmail or Outlook.

Custom domains on every paid plan. Designer sites built in MONA can live on your own domain, no longer Studio only.

A few smaller things. Tasks has List, Board, and Timeline views with real dependencies, so moving one date can cascade the rest of the project. Schedules can be shared with a client as a live, read-only link with the financial view attached, and you can filter by room. Estimates has a studio-wide bid ledger with a vendor bid chase list and inline editing. MONA can infer billable time from your own activity in the app and hand you a review screen before anything posts, never automatically. You can connect multiple Google and Outlook inboxes at once. And the Credits page now shows a per-category usage breakdown, including agent chat.

Never lose a meeting again. The new Meeting Notetaker records client calls and in-person walkthroughs, transcribes live as you talk, and writes you a summary when it is done. Keep your own notes alongside the transcript while it runs, and every speaker shows up color-coded so you can tell who said what. If you use Granola, connect it once in Settings and your past and future transcripts flow into MONA automatically.

The MONA Web Clipper is live on the Chrome Web Store. Open it on any vendor product page and it pulls the image, title, price, brand, dimensions, and description straight into your MONA library in one click.

Share anything with one link. Chats, renders, and files can be shared as a clean public link, no login required on the other end. Send a client a read-only view of the exact conversation or render you are talking about instead of a screenshot.

Every schedule item keeps its history. See what changed on any line and revert with one click.

Download any document or plan as a PDF. Clean, paginated, print-ready. Slide decks print one slide per page with full-bleed backgrounds.

Publish a real website for your studio, right from MONA. Ask the agent to build you a site and it publishes to a live link in minutes. No template picker, no separate tool, no developer. It pulls from the same brand profile the agent already has for your studio, so the first draft actually looks like you.

Pin your schedule directly onto the floorplan. Open any plan image, drop a numbered pin anywhere on it, and attach the schedule item it refers to. Move a pin and the schedule updates with it. Hand a plan to a client or a contractor and every decision lives in one picture.

Talk to your team without leaving MONA. Team Chat is live. Message your team in channels right inside the app, so project talk stops scattering across email, texts, and screenshots.

See what you are working on while you chat. Ask the agent for a render, a document, or a plan and it opens next to the conversation instead of replacing it. Keep talking and watch your work update in real time in the same window.

A few smaller things. New signups get their first Instagram content drafted by the agent the same day they join. Notes and Documents live under one Docs tab. Comment automations can be edited or removed inline instead of rebuilt from scratch. And the agent itself got noticeably sharper this week.

You now land somewhere built for you. Log in and you land on a home base, not a blank chat. It greets you with what changed since your last visit, puts a single box front and center to hand the agent your next task, and lists everything the agent is working on or waiting on you for, plus your most recent renders, drafts, and chats.

Region Edit, now without leaving the chat. The markup tool lives directly inside chat, so you can draw on an image, describe the fix, and keep the conversation going in one place.

One rich editor for every note and document. Client notes, project notes, and full documents share the same editor, and every save is versioned so you can always see what changed. Share anything with a public link, let clients and collaborators comment as guests, and export to Markdown or a clean PDF. Your Library filters by Documents, Clients, Projects, and Notes.

Build an Instagram carousel without leaving MONA. Upload your photos, drag to reorder, and ask the agent to touch up any single slide the same way you would a render. Write your caption and send it to the same Approve queue you already use for other posts.

Studio credits went up again. The Studio plan moved to 2,000 credits a month.

Quality of life. Stop the agent mid-task with one click, or cancel a render you no longer need. Search across every chat you have ever had. Upload PowerPoint and Markdown files straight into chat.

• The New Contact modal no longer closes when you pick a Type or Stage.
• The app sidebar stays visible on Settings pages.
• The markup viewer fills the stage instead of showing a thumbnail.

Run the entire project inside MONA. Send clients a proposal they e-sign in the browser, with your markup built in and the deposit collected up front. Approved items flow into your schedule, which now has a financial view with costs, markup, discounts, and totals. From there you can issue purchase orders, track orders through delivery, log your time, and bill against retainers. Every client gets one portal link where they see progress.

Region Edit is live for everyone. Lasso any part of a render, describe the change, and MONA edits just that region while the rest of the image stays untouched at full resolution. Attach a reference photo, select the placeholder chair, add the vendor's actual product shot, and tell it to replace this with this.

Your product library grew up. Every product has its own detail page, and you can filter and sort the library by furniture type. Product Image Swap lets you upload a better photo or paste a link, and it updates everywhere the product appears.

More credits on every plan. Monthly credit pools went up across the board on July 9. Floorplan generations are now completely free and never touch your pool.

Comments on renders. @mention teammates in a render comment and attach reference images to it.

A real home for your clients. The new Contacts section is a full CRM the agent maintains for you. Import a CSV, share a booking link or a contact form, or let the Client List Builder pull your client list straight out of Gmail. Client message threads live inside MONA too. The agent drafts replies for your review, and clients can simply reply by email.

Your studio's memory, visualized. Studio Brain has a browsable notes index, and the new Workspace Graph gives you an interactive map of every project, client, product, task, and note in your studio and how they connect. Projects have a Tasks board and a Timeline view the agent can manage, and chats can attach to projects.

Video, start to finish. Generate a video from any room design, cut it on the new timeline editor, apply a Reel template with styled captions, and publish straight to Instagram Reels.

Quality of life. Install MONA as an app on your phone or desktop, paste images into chat with Cmd+V, connect Todoist, Asana, Trello, and Dropbox, send a deck to Canva for final polish, browse the new Agents Gallery, upload Evernote exports, and get answers anytime at monaverse.com/help.

Render Notes. You can now leave pinned comments directly on any render. Share a review link with a client or teammate, they open it in the browser, pin notes wherever they want on the image, and you resolve them in your inbox. The notes stay attached to the render so nothing gets lost.

Studio Brain. MONA now builds a knowledge base for your studio as you work. Clients and projects get their own pages, the agent fills them in from conversation automatically, and everything links together. If the agent mentions a client it creates the connection.

Video generation. Ask the agent to generate a video from any room design or reference and it will. You can trim and edit the result inside MONA and publish directly to Instagram Reels.

The agent is everywhere. Pull up the agent from any page in MONA and it knows exactly what you are looking at. On your schedule, it can update a line item. On a project, it can draft a note. On a client page, it can fill in their details.

Mona Social, open to everyone. The Marketing surface is live for every MONA account, with a calendar view of every scheduled and published post, a grid that previews how your feed will look before you post, and a composer you can use with or without the agent.

Client Approvals. Send clients a link where they approve or decline each item in a schedule, and export every decision to CSV.

Shareable decks. Ask the agent for a presentation and publish it to a public link your client opens right in the browser. No PDF attachments, no logins.

Floorplan to render in one click. Upload a floorplan and MONA takes it to 3D and then to a photorealistic render in a single step. The floorplan engine underneath was rebuilt, so walls and rooms parse far more accurately.

Project schedules. Projects now have a real FF&E schedule grid, and the agent can source vendor products directly into it for you.

A smarter agent. The agent runs on Claude's newest model, remembers your brand and your notes, and picked up voice dictation, recurring scheduled tasks, and inline image previews in chat.

Quality of life. iPhone HEIC photos upload everywhere, files up to 400MB, drag and drop anywhere in the app, Outlook joins Gmail as a connected email account, and you can upload images directly to your Library Images tab.

• iPhone photos from iOS 18 now decode on upload instead of failing silently.
