MONA

How do team seats, roles, and shared credits work?

Invite teammates from Team settings. Each member is a seat on your plan, credits pool together across seats, and roles are Owner, Admin, and Member.

A MONA workspace is shared by your whole team. Each active member is a seat billed at your plan's price, every seat adds its monthly credits to one shared pool, and three roles control who can manage the team: Owner, Admin, and Member.

Inviting your team

Click your profile photo, open Team settings, and send invitations by email. You can invite several people at once and set each person's role as you do. When someone accepts and becomes active, a seat is added to your subscription with a prorated charge, and billing trues up automatically to your active member count.

Roles

RoleWhat it can do
OwnerEverything, including billing and team management. One per workspace.
AdminManage the team: invite, deactivate, rename, plus all normal work.
MemberFull day-to-day work: renders, projects, clients, library. No team management.

There is no read-only viewer role today. For people who only need to see and approve work, such as clients, use share links and the client portal instead of a seat, since those need no account at all.

How credits pool

Credits are not per person. Each seat contributes its plan's monthly credits to a single team pool, so three Pro seats give the team 2,250 credits to draw from wherever the work is. A busy week for one designer is absorbed by the team total, and the pool resets each billing cycle.

What is shared

The workspace is genuinely shared: Library, Projects, Products, Styles, Contacts, and presentations are visible to the whole team. That is deliberate, so a solo find or a saved style becomes team capability. Plan for one workspace per studio rather than one per person.

Frequently asked questions

Can I control which projects a member sees? Not today. Workspace content is shared across the team, and role differences are about team management rather than content visibility. Anything for client eyes only should go out via share links, which show exactly what you choose.

What happens when someone leaves? Deactivate them in Team settings. Seat billing trues up to your active member count, and their work stays in the workspace.

Can one person be in two studios? A user can only belong to one paid team at a time.
