Can MONA pull product images, specs, and prices from vendor websites?
Yes. Paste a product URL and MONA scrapes the image, price, and details into your Products library, or ask the agent to source products from the web against your criteria.
Yes, two ways. Paste a product URL and MONA scrapes the page into your Products library, image, title, price, and details included. Or go a step further and ask the agent to do the finding too: give it criteria like "find 5 sofas under $10k" and it searches real vendor sites, verifies each product page, and saves what it finds.
Save a product you found
When you are browsing a vendor site and find the piece:
- Copy the product page URL.
- In MONA, add it to your Products library (paste the URL into Add Product, or just hand the link to the agent in chat and say "save this").
- MONA scrapes the page and files the product with its image and details. Duplicates of the same URL are detected, so your library stays clean.
Saved products are team-wide and can be attached to projects, dropped into client presentations, and used as reference images when you are placing or swapping pieces in a render.
Let the agent source for you
Ask in chat: "Find 5 blue velvet sofas under $10,000 with trade programs." The agent searches the open web for real product pages, scrapes each one into a real product with vendor, price, and image, and adds them to your project's schedule for review, streaming them in as it goes.
One thing worth knowing about how this is built: if a product page cannot be verified and scraped, it is skipped, never invented. Every product that lands in your schedule traces back to a live vendor URL, so you will not present a client something that does not exist.
From sourcing to presentation
Paste a list of product URLs and MONA can arrange them onto shareable presentation slides, which turns an afternoon of screenshotting and cropping into a few minutes. Presentations and the Products library are Studio plan features.
Frequently asked questions
Which vendor sites work? Any public product page can be scraped. Pages behind logins or trade walls cannot be read, so for trade-only pricing, save the public page and keep your trade price in the item notes.
Does MONA keep the price updated? The price is captured at save time. Verify pricing with the vendor at procurement time, as you would with any sourcing workflow.
Can it pull cut sheets and spec PDFs? You can upload spec PDFs and documents to the same project so everything lives together. Automatic cut-sheet extraction from vendor pages is not part of the scrape today.
