MONA

How do I organize my library, projects, and saved styles?

Your Library is organized by type tabs, project folders, and search. Group work into Projects, reuse saved Styles across renders, and build a team Products library.

Everything you make or upload lands in your Library, organized three ways: by type, by project, and by search. You group work into Projects, and reusable ingredients like style references and sourced products get their own homes so you can use them across jobs.

The Library

The Library page has tabs for each kind of asset: All, Images, Videos, Models, Floorplans, Files, Products, and Presentations. Two more controls narrow things down:

  • Project filter. Show only the assets attached to one project.
  • Search. The search box at the top filters your images, videos, models, and files by name.

You can drag and drop files straight into the Library, and it accepts more than images: PDFs, spreadsheets, documents, and videos all live there, so a project's tear sheets and spec docs can sit next to its renders.

Projects

Projects are the folders of your workspace. Create one per job, then add renders, floor plans, files, and products to it with Add to Project. The Projects page also shows the project entities MONA's agent maintains, with timelines of what has happened on each. When you download, you can grab a whole project's images as a single ZIP.

Reusable styles

If you have a look you apply again and again, save it as a Style: a reference image MONA can restyle any render toward. Your saved styles live at My Styles, and you can apply them across projects, which is the closest thing to a saved prompt you will need for visual consistency. You can also just tell the agent your preferences in plain language, and your studio's brand profile carries taste-level context across your work.

The Products library

Paste a product URL and MONA scrapes the image, title, and details into your team's shared Products library. Products can be attached to projects, placed into presentations, and used as reference images when editing renders. It is team-wide, so a sourcing find by one designer is available to everyone. Products is a Studio plan feature.

Frequently asked questions

Can I make folders inside folders? Organization today is one level of Projects plus the type tabs and search. Most studios name projects the way they name job folders elsewhere, for example "Hudson St Apartment 2026."

Can I reuse a prompt I liked? Save the look as a Style and apply it to new work, or keep the wording in a note in MONA's Notes. For recurring work, a scheduled task stores the full instruction and runs it on a schedule.

Are my uploads visible to my whole team? Yes, a workspace is shared. Everyone on your team works from the same Library and Projects.
