Does MONA send the newsletter itself?

Not yet. MONA builds the audience, keeps your Do not email list, and writes the email, but the send happens in your email tool (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Flodesk and similar). That keeps unsubscribes and sending limits where your email tool already handles them.

Will the monthly post replace my other website pages?

No. The agent adds the new page and leaves every other page as it is. Tell MONA if you want an existing page changed instead.

Does anything publish without me seeing it?

Only if you ask for that. Set the agent up to show you the draft first, and nothing goes live until you say publish.

Where do the post photos come from?

From your MONA Library, so they are hosted with your site. Ask MONA to use photos from a specific project, or upload new ones first.

Who is left out of an exported audience?

Anyone unsubscribed, anyone whose email bounced, anyone with no email on file, and any address on your Do not email list. The counts on the Audiences screen show each group before you export.

Can I change or stop the monthly agent?

Yes. Open Agents in the sidebar to change when it runs, turn it off, or delete it. You can also ask MONA in chat.

How do I publish a monthly blog post and newsletter with MONA?

Ask MONA to create a monthly agent that drafts a post and adds it to your MONA website. Then export an audience from Clients and send the newsletter from your email tool.

How do I get a blog post on my website every month?

In chat, ask for the agent in one sentence, for example: "On the first Monday of every month, draft a blog post about a recent project and add it to my website as a new page. Show me the draft before publishing."
MONA shows what the agent will do and when it runs. Say yes. It now appears under Agents in the sidebar.
Each month the agent writes the draft in its chat. Read it, ask for changes, then say publish.

When the post is published, MONA adds it as a new page and keeps every other page on your site exactly as it was. Photos come from your MONA Library, so they are hosted with your site.

MONA prepares the list and the email. The send itself happens in the email tool you already use.

Click Clients in the sidebar and switch to Audiences.
Choose who should get it: Who, Pipeline stage, On a project that is, Tagged, City, Trade type or Not touched in.
Check the counts. Reachable is how many will be in the export.
Click Export CSV.
Ask MONA: "Write this month's newsletter as HTML from the new blog post." Copy the HTML into your email tool.
Import the CSV into your email tool and send.

Who is left out of the export?

Unsubscribed and bounced addresses, contacts with no email on file, and anything on your Do not email list. MONA shows each count on the Audiences screen before you export, so you know who will not get it.

Bulk email needs unsubscribe handling, sending limits and sender reputation that your email tool already manages. MONA keeps the list honest (consent, suppressions, live audiences) and hands you a clean export instead of sending on your behalf.
