MONA

Can my clients review and approve designs directly?

Yes. Clients get simple links, with no login, to approve or decline items, comment on renders with pinned notes, sign proposals, and message you, all tracked in MONA.

Yes. MONA gives your clients simple links that require no login or account, where they can approve or decline items, leave pinned comments on renders, sign or decline proposals, and message you. Everything they do is recorded in your workspace, so approvals stop living in text threads and email chains.

What clients can do

Approve or decline items. Send an approval link and your client sees the list of items, enters their name, and taps approve or decline on each one. You see the running tally of what is approved and what was declined and needs reselection.

Comment directly on renders. A render review link lets clients drop pins on the exact spot they mean, comment, reply, and even attach reference images. "Can the thing by the window be darker" becomes a pin on the thing by the window.

Sign proposals. Clients can review a proposal and sign by typing their full name, or decline with a note. The proposal's status updates the moment they act, and you can see when it has been viewed.

Message you in one place. A shared message thread keeps client conversation attached to the project instead of scattered across channels.

View a project portal. For an ongoing project, you can share a single portal link that brings these together: messages, approvals, proposals, invoices, and a gallery. You choose which sections are visible, and everything is off by default except messages until you turn it on.

Sharing presentations

Product presentations and decks share the same way: a public link your client opens in the browser, no login required. Presentations are private until you explicitly make them shareable.

Privacy defaults

Everything starts private. A client can only see what you have explicitly shared, and portal sections are opt-in one by one. Share links are unlisted: anyone with the link can view that item, so share them as deliberately as you would a document link.

Frequently asked questions

Do clients need to create an account? No. Every client surface works from a link, with at most a typed name so responses are attributed.

Can I get a record of what was approved for ordering? Yes. Approvals are tracked per item in your workspace, with approved and declined tallies, so procurement starts from the recorded decisions rather than memory.

Is the signature legally binding? Proposals use typed-name signature with a recorded timestamp and status. For contracts that need formal e-signature law compliance, most studios pair MONA approvals with their existing contract tool.
