Do I have to stop using JobTread?+
No. JobTread stays your system for running the job. MONA handles design, sourcing, and client approvals, and sends what the client approved over to the JobTread budget.
Which plan do I need?+
Any plan can connect JobTread and link projects. Sending items to JobTread, by hand or automatically, is included on Studio ($399 a month, unlimited seats) and up.
Will re-sending create duplicates?+
No. Re-sending updates the same cost item, and an unchanged line is skipped.
Does MONA ever delete anything in JobTread?+
No. If a client declines something after it was sent, MONA leaves a note on the job and leaves the cost item for your team to handle.
Does it sync both ways?+
Not yet. MONA sends approved selections to JobTread. Changes made in JobTread do not come back to MONA, and tasks and schedules are not sent.
Where do I get the JobTread key?+
In JobTread, go to Settings, Integrations, API, Grants, and create a new grant. It is a long code that starts with 22. Copy it straight into MONA.
