Design Well Studio is led by Megan Miner, a residential building designer and interior designer with over fifteen years of experience transforming homes across the Bay Area. Megan began her career in interior design, then followed her passion for construction into custom homes and building design. From the first line of the floor plan to the final fabric selection, every decision is made with the whole home in mind. During the studio's signature Live Drafting sessions, clients sit alongside Megan, in person or virtually, while she draws the floor plan or 3D rendering in real time.

Blue Prints & Building Design
Full blue print drafting for new construction, additions, and whole-home remodels, with permit-ready plans prepared and submitted on the client's behalf.
Full-Service Interior Design
Mood boards and space planning through sourcing every piece of furniture and fixture, a completely managed interior from hard finishes to final furnishings.
Kitchen & Bath Design
Custom cabinet drawings, tile layouts, countertop selection, and fixture coordination.
3D Rendering & Live Drafting
Clients sit alongside Megan while she draws the floor plan or 3D rendering live on screen and give input in real time.
Permit Acquisition
The studio prepares, submits, and manages the entire city approval process, including plan check coordination.
Project Coordination
Consultant management and contractor liaison to keep every moving part organized and on track.
